Frequently Asked Questions
I’m ready to book my wedding, what is the next step?
After you’ve decided that you’d like to hire me to photograph your wedding, you will need to fill out a contract and pay a retainer fee to hold your date. This is all done online for your convenience.
How soon in advance should we book our date?
Most couples book approximately 9-12 months in advance. If you want to guarantee that I’m available on your wedding date, I recommend booking at your earliest convenience. If I am not available, one of my associates can take the lead (with all editing done by me).
When and how will I get to see the finished photos?
You will be emailed an online gallery in one month in which you can share, download, and order prints.
Do you touch up all the photos?
I will cull the images and select the “best of”. I will include basic touchups such as adjusting for white balance, skin tones, and highlights for those selected images that are delivered to you. After you have looked through your gallery, you may make special requests on up to 10 images at no cost.
My venue is dark. Is this going to be an issue?
No. We are equipped with professional external flashes to compensate for dimly lit venues. In addition, our cameras and lenses have low light capabilities to be able to photograph in situations where we may not be allowed to use flash, such as during a Catholic ceremony.
